SEOTakeoff is an AI-powered SEO content generation platform that helps businesses create optimized blog posts and articles. Our service includes website analysis, keyword research, content strategy development, and automated article generation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not use another person's account without permission
  • One account per person or organization unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Free Trial: New users receive 3 free articles to evaluate the service
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for annual plans
  • Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide (website data, keywords, etc.)
  • Generated Content: Articles generated by our service are owned by you upon creation
  • License to Us: You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
  • Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by SEOTakeoff

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication. We do not guarantee that generated content will rank in search engines or achieve specific results.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with various third-party services to provide and enhance functionality. These may include, but are not limited to: cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, AI and machine learning services, content delivery networks, CMS platforms, image generation services, search APIs, and other tools we deem necessary.
